All our integration programs are created under the OzBiz EzyLink banner, which is a registered product name. However the program is adapted and customised internally for each developer we work with.
Version3 of OzBiz EzyLink has a number of enhancements and has been built to integrate with QuickBooks and the new versions of MYOB (2011.1.1).
One mouse click and a few seconds of time is all it takes.
Either MYOB or QuickBooks.
Cash or Accrual accounting methods.
Industry specific issues (Lotto, Owner Accounting, Pharmacy Rebates etc).
Customised ‘mapping’ of GL Codes to suit you and your business.
Full file checking prior to import.
Bank reconciliations easier as everything correctly entered.
No more last minute rushing to prepare your BAS.
Savings on bookkeeping and accounting fees.
OzBiz EzyLink can handle multiple sites and can put the information either into separate MYOB/QuickBooks company files, or into a single company file. If using a single file for multiple sites then data can be differentiated with the use of MYOB Categories & Jobs, or QuickBooks classes. this allows for easy reporting by site from within your accounting program. Each site is configured separately from within OzBiz EzyLink and can have totally different GL codes and linkages.
Customisation comments by Developer.
The data from H&L can be supplied in such a manner that individual cost centres (Bistro,Bottle Shop,Restaurant, Front Bar etc) can be used to import data into your accounting program.
In a multiple site scenario the issue of handling individual stores Debtors becomes a problem. We have worked withthe development team at Independent Solutions and now have the facility to import individual debtors, by site into your accounting program.
The federal government rebate on Pharmacy supplies needs to be handled appropriately in the accounting program. OzBiz EzyLink has been adapted to handle this correctly. Direct debtors has also been built in so that individual debtor information is brought in, rather than being aggregated.
